Powierzchnia dołu wynosi ok. 75m2. Po dobudowaniu 12m. ganku będzie ok.87-88m2. Na strychu jest odpowiednio mnie (skosy), ale 2 supialnie i łazienkę na pewno uda się zrobić. Wysokość pomieszczeń na parterze 2.70 czyli dość wysoko jak na chatę.
