PORTOS - Dobre domy

No wreszcie udało mi się znaleźć trochę czasu aby rozpocząć ten dziennik. Uświadomiłem sobie też, że jak tak dalej pójdzie to w maju a dokładnie 22 maja minie dwa lata jak postawiliśmy pierwszy pustak w domu oraz garażu wolnostojącym.

Decyzja aby rozpocząć budowę była raczej spontaniczna i jakoś nie wymuszona, z czasem doszliśmy z żoną do wniosku, że to była dobra decyzja. Teraz bez tego jakoś żyć już nie mogę.

Na początku rozważaliśmy projekt ATOS z pracowni DOBRE DOMY ale w końcu zdecydowaliśmy się na PORTOS (przeważyła mała łazienka ).

Projekt został zakupiony, zmodyfikowany tak jak chcieliśmy i wzięliśmy się za gromadzenie materiału do jego budowy.

W między czasie stwierdziliśmy, że będziemy potrzebować również garażu wolnostojącego.

Na jego podstawie w lokalnej pracowni został stworzony podobny projekt, tak aby zaspokoić nasze potrzeby.

Krok milowy w całym przedsięwzięciu nastąpił dnia 15.09.2011 ruszyliśmy z fundamentami domu a dwa dni później z garażem. Jak to wyglądało można zobaczyć poniżej, powiem szczerze że kiedy to oglądam (za każdym razem) to mi się micha cieszy

Po tak burzliwym początku stwierdziliśmy, że wstrzymamy się z budową, zgromadzimy materiał i dopiero wtedy ruszymy dalej. Na początku jakoś szło ale potem jak rodzina powiększyła się do stanu 2+2 podjęliśmy decyzję, że bierzemy kredyt hipoteczny i ruszamy z budową.
