    Przez ewaraf,

    Teraz zaczęła nam osiadać podłoga, w jednym rogu o co najmniej 1 cm, i jeszcze w trzech miejscach do 1 cm. Może to być skutkiem źle zagęszczonej podsypki. Widział to kierownik budowy i zalecił sprawdzenie czy pod podkładem betonowym nie zrobiły się puste jamy. W tym celu trzeba rozkuć i usunąć część betonu w zapadniętych miejscach.

    Polewaliśmy od wczoraj, dzisiaj 3 razy na zmianę z opadem atmosferycznym. Ale niestety jesteśmy pełni obaw, co z tego wyniknie. Czy te pęknięcia grożą jakimiś poważnymi skutkami w przyszłości, czy nie zawali się ta podłoga, bo wiemy, że u wielu już się tak zdarzyło. Mamy wątpliwości czy nie za szybko to było wykonane, czy podłoże zdążyło wystarczająco osiąść, czy nie trzeba było zrobić jakiegoś zbrojenia lub dylatacji. Ale oczywiście ani murarz ani kier bud takich wątpliwości nie mieli

    stan zero

    Przez ewaraf,

    No to mamy stan zero. Budowa trwała 2 tygodnie. Najpierw było zdjęcie 30 cm humusu, potem kopanie ław i zalanie betonem B20. Beton w miejscach płytszych miał niewielkie pęknięcia, którymi nas jednak nie straszono. Potem powstały ścianki fundamentowe, które też pękły w miejscu wstawiania rur, bo były zbyt świeże.Obłożono ścianki styrodurem frezowanym grubości 20cm Do środka wsypano ziemię z wykopów, na to piach, w sumie poszło 7 wywrotek 20 - 30 tonowych (różne wersje) piachu do środka, obsypaliśmy jeszcze fundamenty z zewnątrz ziemią nieurodzajną - 2 samochody 30 tonowe. Dzisiaj rano ubito piach zagęszczarką płytową i w południe zaczęto zalewanie betonem. Poszło 15m3 chudego betonu B10.

    okładanie polistyrenem

    Przez ewaraf,

    Oj, było trochę nerwówki. Po wierceniu otworów przez hydraulików, ścianki zaczęły się kruszyć. Oni zwalali winę na murarzy, że mury są jeszcze za miękkie, a murarze, że nie powinni wiercić tylko mieć do tego szlifierkę, a ostatecznie jak będzie problem - to tylko my z tym zostaniemy .
     
    Potem pomalowane dysperbitem ścianki obłożyli polistyrenem ekstrudowanym XPS URSA 10cm i obsypali ziemią. Do środka natomiast sypali piach i ubijali skoczkiem. Poszło 6 wywrotek 20 tonowych piachu i to chyba jeszcze nie koniec. Tak więc wszystko przygotowane na jutro do wylewania chudziaka pod podłogę. No miejmy tylko nadzieję, że ścianki nie popękają pod wpływem dużego nacisku.

    Dzisiaj rano przyjechało zbrojenie, wykonane wg projektu. Powkładano je do wykopanych ław i zalano betonem B20. Poszło 25 m3!!!

    Pierwszy dzień budowy

    Przez ewaraf,

    19.04.2010 To formalnie pierwszy dzień naszej budowy. I oczywiście od rana leje. Ale jak mawia mama "deszcz ranny, płacz panny trwają krótko", więc nie zmienialiśmy planu działań. Od 8.00 koparka zaczęła zdejmowanie humusu i uporała się z tym w ciągu 4 godzin. Pomogła też przy rozsypaniu grubego piachu na podjeździe.

    Następnie wkroczył do akcji geodeta i wykonał tyczenie budynku, wyznaczył punkty zewnętrzne, osie i wraz z moim mężem zrobili ławice drewniane. Mąż napracował się przy własnoręcznie wykonywanych kołkach oraz deskach. Tak wyglądał warsztat stolarski

    Drugi dzień budowy

    Przez ewaraf,

    Raniutko murarze tyczyli budynek, znaczyli sobie osie i granice na ziemi wapnem, a następnie kopara wykopała ławy. Mąż kupił bednarkę do uziomu fundamentowego, oraz zdobył kostkę betonową pod zbrojenie.

    Przygotowaliśmy tak prozaiczne, acz niezbędne miejsce skupienia. Dołek o głębokości 120cm udało się mojemu mężowi fajnie wykopać świdrem Fiskars 22cm, a kibelek kupiliśmy od sąsiada i przenieśli w całości.
