Fundamenty

I zaczęło się. Pogoda dopisała, tzn. były największe upały tego lata, prace zaczynały się bardzo wcześnie rano, do południa 4-5 godzin przerwy i wieczorem dalszy ciąg.

Pierwszy pomysł to kopanie ręczne fundamentów, ostatecznie koparka zrobiła to w 2,5godz. a ręcznie w taki upał byłoby strasznie ciężko. Poniżej krótka foto relacja.

Głębokość wykopu 70 cm. Szerokość 40-45cm. Będzie opaska podniesiona o 30cm tak, że do ławy fundamentowej będzie ok 1m. Strzemiona 30x30cm z drutu 6mm, główny drut 12mm.

Następmnego dnia miał przyjechać beton, więc ze względu na upały ziemię musieliśmy polewać wodą.

Lawa fundamentowa miała wymiary 40x40cm. Ściana fundamentowa wymurowana była z bloczków.

Po kolei ława fundamentowa, 5 warstw bloczków papa podwójnie z wodnym roztworem lepiku (nie pamiętam nazwy) nie znika od niego styropian, później jeszcze 2 warstwy bloczków znów papa z lepikiem i gazobeton

Cały fundament zabezpieczony wodnym roztworem lepiku. Przepusty na kable elektryczne i rura do zasilania wody oraz przepusty do wyprowadzenie na ogród rur do podlewania (nie chcę mocować kranów na elewacji, będą wystawały gdzieś w trawniku)

Część podposadzkowa kanalizacji z przepustem została wykona na etapie murowania ścian i zabezpieczona pianką, żeby ewentualne osiadanie budynku nie uszkodziło rur. Wszystkie prace oprócz murowania wykonujemy oczywiście sami.

Ogród

Zanim jeszcze zostało skończone ogrodzenie posadziliśmy drzewka. W taki sposób, że drzewo rośnie pomiędzy słupkami ok 1,6 od siatki. A są to sosny, świerki i modrzewie.

Drzewka mają po 20-30 cm ale widać już nowe odrosty. Na ok 80 posadzonych drzewek przyjęło się ok 75.

Następnie moją żona postanowiła zrobić jak to powiedziała skalniaczek. Jak się okazało powstał skalniak o wymiarach 3x50m.

Ale to był dobry pomysł.

Dobrze dogadać się z sąsiadami. Bez wody i prądu na budowie ani rusz.

Całe szczęście sąsiadami są teściowie, idzie się dogadać

Do wody została wkopana rura PV dn25 60mb.

Tu akurat prostowanie drutu na zbrojenie fundamentu.

Ale po kolei

Zaczęło się od budowy ogrodzenia, wszak każda budowa powinna być ogrodzona.

Założeniem było wykonanie 240mb ogrodzenia z czego 45mb od strony ulicy docelowo mają być metalowe przęsła, póki co jest siatka tzw. leśna.

Stawianie słupków zajęło 8 weekendów + 5 dni urlopu

Efekt końcowy. Siatka 3,5mm2 1,5h słupki co 2,5m. Zamiast drutu do naciągania siatki wspawane zostały druty na górze siatki poziomo, do słupka pionowe a na dole w fundamencie zatopiliśmy w betonie drut do którego później została przywiązana siatka.

Dom w jeżówkach

Cała nasza przygoda z budowa domu zaczęła się pod koniec zimy w lutym.

Zastaliśmy szczere pole i postanowiliśmy właśnie tu zamieszkać!
