Postaram się gdzieś go jutro poszukac bo o ile dobrze pamiętam to dostałęm coś takiego jako załącznik do zakupionego projektu. Pozdrawiam

U mnie wygląda to następująco: materiały: - ogrzewanie podłogowe 8700 - instalacja grzejnikowa parter 3300 - instalacja grzejnikowa piętro 6100 - kotłowania 7500 montaż powyższego plus woda i kanalizacja Razem wychodzi w okolicach 34tyś. Do tego jeszcze instalacja elektryczna którą robię w większości samemu oraz dodatkowo instalacja gazowa. Okna jeszcze nie wybrane. Firma od wykończeniówki już jest. Teraz tylko czekamy na wiosnę.

Witam. Ja buduje w Rudzie Śląskiej na III Kategori szkód górniczych. Projekt przeliczony na tę okoliczność. W fundamenty i wzmocnienia poszło kilka ton stali. Fundamenty krzyżowe(albo jak to się tam nazywa) + porządna płyta podposadzkowa. W dzienniku budowy zdjecia jak to wyglada http://forum.muratordom.pl/entry.php?121922-Z12p Do tego podwójny wieniec i wzmocnienia pomiedzy nimi. Wieniec biegnie po grzbietach ścian szczytowych. Wstępnie te zmiany kosztowały jakieś 25-30 tyś PLN. Co do domów na szkodach górniczych to wszyscy w okolicy w nich mieszkają i jakoś sobie radzą. Domy były tak budwane żeby się przechylić a nie rozpaść. Mam nadzieje, że mój też w ostateczności się przechyli a nie popęka. Dom rodziców przechylił się przez 25 lat do tego stopnia że na 2,5 metra jest jakieś 5 cm różnicy poziomu. -
