In 2016 and 2017, UAB Fire Experts ordered fire doors from the Ukrainian company TISO Doors. Some of the ordered doors were defective - very quickly they started to rust, the door leaf was wavy, the installed windows were hanging and there were no seals. UAB Fire Experts sent several complaints to producer, TISO Doors did not respond to the replacement requirements for defective doors or covered direct costs for UAB Fire Experts.
