I would recommend simply lifting a corner of the existing flooring and cutting through 3 planks to make a hole big enough to get into & lift pre-cut strips of insulation through, if it’s difficult to lift the whole plank for any reason 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254. Shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. However if it’s ply lined then it’s a different story.
