    Podobały nam się te okienka ale facet był nieugięty - nie chciał specjalnie nic spuścić
    wycenił na 16tys a spuścił na 15,5koła , więc kupiliśmy po długich negocjacjach cenowych w Oknoplaście i zapłacimy sporo taniej.
    Właśniie czekamy na montaż - powinni montować jeszcze przed świętami wg umowy, ale myślę że sobie to odłożą na nowy rok. Zresztą nam się nie pali.[/img]

    Po zafoliowaniu dachu chłopy pojechali na 3 tygodnie do domu.
    w międzyczasie mogłem zrobić obróbki blacharskie , kratki do kominów i trochę ogarnąć teren.
     
    Chcieliśmy położyć dachówkę ceramiczną naturalną . U jednego ze sprzedawców natknęliśmy się na wielką dachówę Nelskamp Nibra DS5 .
    Jest dwa razy większa niż normalne , ale za to po ok 15 zeta za m2 czyli tanio.
    Okazało się że w naszej miejscowości już ktoś taką ma na dachu , więc po zrobieniu z żonką wizji lokalnej zdecydowaliśmy się na zakup tej dachówy.

    Na więźbę trzeba było czekać - mój błąd za późno zamówiona , ale chłopy coś tam sobie dłubali przez parę dni ,dobrze że nie pojechali do domu .

    Postanowiliśmy poszukać nowej ekipy, ale liczyliśmy że będzie to b.trudne na ten czas . Baliśmy się żeby znowu nie trafić na podobnych pacjentów.
    Nie minęły 3 dni jak na budowę przyjechał człowiek z Ukrainy i mówi że dla niego to pikuś te dalsze prace. Trochę z obawami ale zgodziliśmy się , chłopy (2 braci i szwagier) chcieli zacząć niezwłocznie na drugi dzień ale musiałem załatwić jeszcze cegłę ,cement itp. . Zaczęli w środę o 15h
     
    A oto efekt ich pracy do soboty 3 dni.

    I na tym chłopaki zakończyli swoją zabawę ze mną. Zalali (liśmy) jeszcze strop
    i pożegnałem się z ekipą na dobre. Miałem tego dosyć .Nie dość że to partacze i obiboki to jeszcze i ja musiałem zapi....ć przy wylewaniu stropu i ojciec przy schodach. Beznadzieja BEZNADZIEJA DO KWADRATU.
    Prace rozpoczął 16 04 2009- a strop wylał a tym samym zakończył swą przygodę u mnie 23.07.2009. 3,5 MIESIĄCA. Jego firma chyba zbankrutowała po tej robocie bo na koniec chłopakowi zostało 550zł do wzięcia resztę wybrał wcześniej.Poza tym pracowników to on na stałe nie miał rzadnych wszystko z doskoku - raz było ich 5 raz 3 a raz 1, ogólnie BRYNDZA NIE POLECAM FIRMY MATEX.

    A tu są widoczne ściany ale już ich nie ma. Kazałem rozebrać i stawiać od nowa-zrobiłem pomiary i przekątna nie zgadzała się o 10 cm to dużo dlatego byłem bezwzględny.
    Majstrowi chyba poprzesówały się te deski co to geodeta wytycza- przynajmniej tak się tłumaczył - teraz jest ok 3mm różnicy między przekątnymi-czyli de best
    Ale kontrola musi już być często - już nie mówię o zmarnowanej zaprawie itd.

    Chudziak na spód wykopu zamawiałem z gruchy a chłopaki wozili na dwie taczki. Zamówiłem za dużo o 1m3 część poszło na drogę a częścć zabrał, ale straty na prawie 200zł.
     
    Od razu na drugi dzień chłopy zazbroili i wylewali ławy tym razem z pompą.
    I też było za dużo o jakiś 1m3 i znowu do tyłu o 220zł. No ale człowiek nie komputer straty muszą być.

    Dawno tu nie byłem ale jakoś brak czasu mnie ogarnął.
     
    Decyzja się uprawomocniła i nie było więcej niespodzianek. Tego samego dnia zgłosiłem rozpoczęcie budowy w Nadzorze Bud.
     
    Między czasie zmieniłem ekipę na tańszą o 13000. Chłopak pracował u dewelopera z bratem i swoim ojcem poza tym studiuje budownictwo na Politechnice , założył własną firmę , dobrał sobie dwóch młodych chłopaków i buduje.
    Na początku miałem mieszane uczucia czy dobrze zrobiłem zlecając mu to zadanie , ale im dalej tym jestem spokojniejszy .
     
    Zaczęliśmy 16 kwietnia
     
    Fundamenty chcieli kopać ręcznie zresztą koparkowy powiedział że i tak by nie wjechał bo za mokro. No i kopali . Mieliśmy problem z wodą gruntową żeby mogli wykopać na 1 metr musieliśmy pompować - ale niestety z naturą się nie wygra wodę owszem wypompowaliśmy ale za to w dwóch miejscach zawalił się wykop który został skutecznie podmyty. No ale chłopy sobie z tym poradzili.
     
     
    Zapomniałem o geodecie ten to skasował ładnie - 900zł za wyznaczenie budynku
