Dobre viechor! Sorry for my polish, but I'm from Argentina. I think I'm leaving a post in a cooking thread... Hope so. Well, the reason I'm posting is because I'm looking for a "BULBENEK" recipe. This is some kind of potato and onion bread, cooked in oven, and the only place where I found the word bulbenek in Google searchs was here. My grandmother used to cook this and I would like to recover it for my kids. If anyone here knows what I'm talking about, I'd be very grateful if you'd be so kind to post the recipe in english.
