    Przez martka111,

    Działka jest w kształcie trójkąta także wpasowanie domu nie było łatwe. Od drogi głównej trzeba się odsunąć 10m, a od drugiej 8m. Obie są to drogi gminne. Także zostaje nam niewiele miejsca na dom. Chociaż działka ma 12 arów.
     
     


    Oto kilka propozycji biura projektowego:
     
     



     
     



     
     
     


    Ostatecznie wybraliśmy opcje przybliżoną do nr 3, tyle że od garażu do sąsiada odległość będzie max 6m.

    - zlikwidowaliśmy komin w kotłowni (pokój)

    Ze zmian to chyba tyle. Tzn takich które muszą być ujete w projekcie, reszta okaże się w czasie budowy.

    Długo szukaliśmy najpierw idealnej działki a kiedy już ją znleźliśmy trzeba było znaleść projekt domu który idealnie się w nią wpasuje.
     
     


    Projekt kupilismy w lutym tego roku. Jednomyśnie wybraliśmy projekt LK&438 z biura projektowego LK&PROJEKT.

    Trochę nam zajęło ale się udało. Od tamtego czasu czekamy na ekipę aż zakończy poprzednią budowę ale już w środę zaczynamy. W sumie to już się dzieje na działce.

    No i nasz salon:) wszystko na raz ale w koncu znalazlam chwilke aby nadrobic zaleglosci:P
     
    W salonie sciany juz wymalowane kolor to "gorski krokus" i "stalowe magnolie" scianka na tv bedzie tapetowana ale poki co wymalowalismy ja bo nie mamy jeszcze wybranej zadnej tapety i nie wiadomo kiedy to sie zmieni wiec tak wyglada lepiej. No i mebelki tzn czesc juz poskladane.

    wciaz lazienka!

    Właśnie dostaliśmy najnowsze zdjęcia z naszego mieszkania i aż mnie zatkało jak to fajnie wychodzi:) już nie mogę się doczekać kiedy zobaczę wszystko na żywo. O oto jak wygląda nasza łazieneczka na dzień dzisiejszy, póki co prace w łazience zostały przerwane ponieważ trzeba kuchnie przygotować pod mebelki, które maja być pod koniec marca.

    A co do reszty kuchni to już szafki zamówione kuchnia będzie gotowa w połowie marca już doczekać się nie mogę.
     
    Najgorsze jest to ze wszystko tak na odległość trzeba robić, wiec naszych płytek do łazienki nawet na oczy wciąż jeszcze nie widzieliśmy.
     
    Aha są już tez płytki na podłogę do kuchni i do przedpokoju. Do przedpokoju wybraliśmy taki oto plyteczki:

    Zdecydowaliśmy się na ciemna jednak kuchnie tzn ciemne fronty jednak nie ta zebrę pasiak tylko wzięliśmy fronty na wysoki połysk.

Teraz przyjechalismy na 3 tygodnie i udalo nam sie zamowic plytki do lazienki oraz umowilismy sie z kilkoma stolarzami na wycene. Za tydzien moze dwa bedziemy juz wiedzieli na czym stoimy. Co do reszty to pewnie czesc bedziemy zalatwiac przez internet a czesc jak przyjedziemy na swieta wielkanocne.
