Ocieplnie stryszku nieuzytkowego

W tym roku planuje docieplić strych. Mam tam centralne wentylacyjną zatem chciałbym podnieść temperaturę - zwłaszcza w zimie do wskazań producenta +5. W tym roku dni są ciepłe ale były 3-4 dni kiedy dogrzewałem strych grzejnikiem olejowym aby centrala nie zamarzła.

 

mam trzy pytania:

 

1). Czy myślicie że 1 warstwa 12 cm wełny 035 Toprock Premium wystarczy aby przy naszych średnich temperaturach osiągnać pożądany efekt.

2) Na dachu mam 2 warstwy papy i gont bitumiczny Katepal. Co mówi sztuka - czy przy pełnym deskowaniu wystarczy szczelina pod deskami czy musze zainwestować również w folię paraizolacyjna?

3) Mam wentylację kalenicowa - w jaki sposób powinno sie kłaść tam wełnę aby nie zaburzyć drogi powietrza?
