Dach nie dawno skończony. Wyszedł pięknie:)

Przy bramie koło domu mamy wielki słup z oświetleniem ulicy, od niego idą przewody od głównego słupa po drugiej stronie ulicy, linie wzdłuż drogi w jedną i w drugą stronę + zasilenie naszego domu i sąsiada. Pięcioramienna HORRORGWIAZDA. 3 gruszki już się przymierzały do wylewania i d..a. Żadna nie podjedzie, jak podjedzie to się nie rozstawi, jak się rozstawi to ramię w drutach!!! Aaaa Dziś próba generalna trzymajcie kciuki, przyjedzie jeszcze urządzenie do wtłaczania betonu z gruchy pod górę. No i koszty w górę Naprawdę przeżyłam koszmar, już myślałam, czy by nie zburzyć muru sąsiada i go odbudować, w takiej desperacji byłam.

OK, beton schnie, a szef ekipy jest specem od więźby dachowej, osobiście musi wszystko nadzorować i robić, więc teraz wstrzymujemy się na tydzień, niech mu ten kulas wyzdrowieje lekko, bo w gipsie po dachu ciężko skakać.
Jeśli ktoś chce się pozbyć piasku, chętnie wezmę każdą ilość. Musimy zasypać przestrzeń pod podłogą. Po zerwaniu desek będziemy mieć 0,5 - 2 m pustej przestrzeni (kiedyś tak izolowali podłogę - na powietrze:D).- Czytaj więcej..

No i zaczęło się, pierwszy dzień :) Jak ja się tego doczekać nie mogłam. Słychać ciągle zwalanie talerzy z elewacji...
Może wyjaśnię, jest to dom wielorodzinny, dosyć spory. Najpierw to był dom moich dziadków, a później dobudowano część budynku gdzie mieszkam z rodzicami. W związku z tym, że wychodzę za mąż, postanowiliśmy, że zaadoptujemy strych na nasze mieszkanie :) ale przy okazji odnawiamy cały budynek, będzie ocieplony z nową elewacją. Dlatego w tej chwili robotnicy zwalają jakże piękne talerze z budynku :) Babci się tak podobały i chyba nie może sobie darować, że ich już nie będzie. Ale jak zobaczy dom z nową elewacją też będzie zadowolona :)

05-09-2012Mąż dogadał się, że dziś przywiozą deski 3m, bo 2m już mieliśmy wcześniej oraz stal do 10:00, dlatego że o 10:00 wkraczają geodeci. Mamy wąską działkę i nie chcieliśmy, żeby nam słupków poniszczyły ich sprzęty. Deski zostały dowiezione na czas, tylko gość zrzucił je w niezbyt dogodnym miejscu, teraz pytanie gdzie i jak zrzucą stal-2,5tony, bo niestety panowie nie zjawili się przez cały dzień.. Geodeci zaczęli wytyczać teren, ale nic im się nie zgadzało, brakuje im 8cm do pełnych 4m drogi. Chyba siatka jest niewłaściwie rozciągnięta ale nie wiadomo z której strony który sąsiad źle postawił. Geodeta powiedział, że można to skorygować ale taka przyjemność kosztuje 1200zł za jedną linię działki! O matko.. i to nie wiadomo czy będzie to na naszą korzyść. Mówił, że niby najłatwiej w geodezji podpytać o długość linii początkowej działki i końcowej, ale co to da, jak w środku się nie zgadza, a nasza działka lekko rozszerza się licząc od początku do końca działki. Jest problem, bo geodeci wytyczając garaż, który ma być równo po granicy odstaje z 20cm!? Nie wiem jak to ogarnąć, bo stary dom jest postawiony niby na granicy, a nowy będzie odsunięty o te 20cm. - 4
