    Pod koniec października 2009 zamontowaliśmy rolety zewnętrzne.     We wrześniu 2009 na budowę weszli elektrycy. Koszt całej instalacji wycenili na 11000 PLN Strasznie się dłubali z robotą. Siedzieli na budowie ponad miesiąc, ale wszystko zrobili bardzo dokładnie. Jednocześnie inna firma wykonała okablowanie do instalacji alarmowej. W połowie września po prawie póltorarocznej walce z zakładem energetycznym w Zgierzu pojawił się też prąd. Wreszcie jakiś przebłysk cywilizacji

    W międzyczasie udało się nam załatwić ziemię na podniesienie działki. Teren jest podmokły, więc ziemi nie żałowaliśmy. Skombinowaliśy ziemię z wykopów z jakiejś dużej budowy za dokładnie 0 PLN + 3 flaszki dla kierowców Razem przyjechało 14 samochodów po 15 ton co daje około 210 ton ziemi Wcześniej obsypaliśy dom piaskiem w ilości około 80 ton. Razem wkitrowaliśmy więc na działkę około 300 ton ziemi i piasku . Nic dziwnego, że miejscami działka poszła do góry prawie o metr. Niestraszne nam teraz wichry i ulewy

    Po wstawieniu okien korzystając z w miarę suchej pogody zasmarowaliśmy izolbetem z zewnątrz ławy fundamentowe.

    1 lipca 2009 odbył się montaż okien. Początkowo miały być zwykłe, dwuszybowe okna PCV - koszt około 9000PLN. Ale w końcu zdecydowaliśmy się na okna Jezierskiego, trójszybowe, z okuciami Winkhausa i profilem Schuco. Niestety koszt wzrósł do 17000 PLN

    Do sierpnia 2009 na budowie nic się nie działo. Uznaliśmy, że dom w stanie surowym otwartym powinien odstać trochę. Teren wokół naszej działki jest podmokły i dodatkowo spowodowało to planowy przestój w robotach.

    25 października 2008 zalaliśmy strop i schody na górę. Beton miał przyjechać na 7.30 rano, ale dotarł na 11.00. Chłopaki z nudów grzali się w szopie Na sam strop poszło koło 13 m3 betonu.

    No i stało się 22 września 2008 roku pojawiła się pierwsza cegła (w zasadzie pustakocegła ) W każdym narożniku domu pojawiły się oczywiście pieniążki. Murarze dorzucili swoje drobniaki, a ja musiałem ganiać po flaszkę, bo to niby taki zwyczaj
