Przyszła wiosna, rozpoczęliśmy więc prace nad elewacją. M. zamontował parapety i kąty przy drewnie. Kończymy podbitkę i malowanie krokwi. Witaj gaga33! Dokładnie nie pamiętam, ale na elewacji mamy modrzew albo świerk. Cenę też mogę podać orientacyjnie to było jakieś 13-15 zł za m2. Drewno zaimpregnowaliśmy tym samym olejem, którym malowaliśmy taras i resztę stolarki na zewnątrz. Póki co, drewno zdaje egzamin, ale nie mogę wiele powiedzieć, ponieważ przetrwało jedną zimę. Nie wiem, jak będzie sprawdzało się w letnie upały- to dopiero przed nami:)

Zmagania z elewacją trwają. Dom został zaciągnięty drugi raz klejem. Pojawiły się drewniane elementy oraz podbitka (również drewniana). Jesteśmy już umówieni na kładzenie tynku:D Zastanawiamy się wciąż nad kolorem: złamana biel czy jednak lekko popielaty? Zaczynamy się skłaniać ku temu drugiemu. Do położenia zostanie potem tylko kamień przy drzwiach frontowych i na cokole, na który niestety będziemy musieli poczekać do wiosny:( Z prac "na zewnątrz" w tym sezonie czeka nas jeszcze kończenie układania kostki, która w większości jest już na swoim miejscu. Sypialnia, to wyczekane przez nas miejsce :) do niedawna była tam graciarnia, schowek na jeszcze nierozpakowane pudła. Bez światła, listew i z masą kurzu. Ale się za nią wzięliśmy! Ciepłe dni sprzyjają pracom na zewnątrz. Mamy już taras . Drewniany, modrzewiowy, olejowany. Można poleżeć w hamaku i napić się kawy. Powstał także nasz jedyny, zaplanowany balkon - również drewniany. Przed domem leżą palety kostki i cierpliwie czekają, aż zostanie przygotowany grunt pod jej ułożenie. Wybraliśmy kostkę z Jadaru arco lux, kolor perłowy i grafitowy. Powoli zaczynamy myśleć nad elewacją- póki co klejem i siatką zostały zaciągnięte dwie strony domu. Gratuluję!:) i życzę sił do dalszego zmagania się z wykańczaniem :)

Nionia, ja tez mam podłogówkę w całym domu (prócz spiżarki) i ani jednego grzejnika:) Przeżylismy juz na tym ogrzewaniu calą zimę i powiem, że komfortowo jest wejśc gołą stopą na płytki i nie czuć przeraźliwego chłodu:) Podłogówke mamy też tam, gdzie panel drewniany i tu też jest przyjemnie ciepło. Jesli chodzi o temperaturę, to u nas ustawia się ja dla poszczególnych obiegów niezależnie - tak więc w wiatrołapie mam chłodniejszą podłogę, podczas gdy w łazience jest cieplejsza - bo tak lubię:) U nas też mała wilgotność powietrza- jakieś 47%, ale to wynik tego, że się grzeje. Pozdrawiam serdecznie :)

My mamy indywidualny - każda rzecz jak ustawienie pomieszczeń, wielkość i rodzaj okien,ilość i rodzaj balkonów (lub ich brak- my mamy tylko jeden drewniany, aby górną witrynę od zewnątrz móc umyć), wielkość pomieszczeń, bryła domu, kształt dachu dokładnie przemyśleliśmy. Potem budowa systemem gospodarczym i wykończeniówka. Grzebanie w internecie za materiałami wykończeniowymi tez przyniosło u nas wiele oszczędności

Również Zakochana w Szarościach Leniwa dziękuję :) Mamy indywidualny projekt domu. Trochę pracy z nim było, ale mamy to, na czym nam zależało

Koza79, te lampy trudno dostać, więc może nie być łatwo. Ja znalazłam je w Castoramie i na necie, z tym, że w Casto były tańsze Co do materiału, to nie są one szklane, tylko metalowe, ale takie chropowate- przynajmniej te czarne. Bo z tego, co pamietam, to np.srebrne są gładkie.

rere79, planujemy wkrótce dokupić sobie ze dwa zagłówki. Ja planuje jeszcze dokupić do niej jakieś długie poduchy:) ale bez i tak wygodnie się siedzi :)Ten narożnik jest świetny, bo jest niski tzn. ma niskie oparcie, dzięki czemu nie zasłania widoku z jadalni na salon i kominek, no i wygląda tak...hm...lekko Jesli chodzi o tkaninę, to nie jest jakas wyszukana, bo spdobał nam się akurat ten w sklepie i wzięliśmy od ręki (inaczej musielibyśmy czekać ok 8 tyg, więc nie było wiadomo, czy mielibyśmy na czym w Święta siedzieć ;P). Ale tkanina dobrze sie czyści, podoba nam sie jej odcień i na razie jest ok:) tkaniana z grupy II, nr KR9914
