Dzień z dużą niespodzianką! Pojawił się gaz na działce. Przyjechali, wytyczli, wykopali, podłączyli zakopali i tyle... Piękna sprawa. Do tego: - zniknęła hałda ziemi w ogrodzie - zaczęliśmy prace z rusztem pod odeskowanie elewacji - wietrzymy chałupę, żeby wczoraj wykonane wylewki wyschły. Na oko wyglądają jak lustro. Trzymamy się cały czas wersji ofertowej... Na szczęście. Jedyna dopłata to domówiłem dziesiąty Velux na poddaszu :) Ale to już moja wina :)

Sam nie wiem do czego zacząć... Nie wszystko sobie przypomnę... - ekipa zewnętrzna podpięła wodę! Hurrrra... - ekipa Pana Tomka (pod Konsbudem)- położyła całą CWU (poszło ciśnienie), część CO (kaloryfery wiszą i pod ciśnieniem) i zaczyna podłogówkę. Kanaliza wew, już cała - ekipa Pana Wojtka (pod Konsbudem) - ciągnie elewacje. Druga część spina pajęczynę elektryki i milion innych dupereli... - Nieoceniony Pan Andrzej zwiedzał planował instalacje alarmowe i wymyślał "czarcie zapadki :) " Jak dziś wpadłem to się bałem po domu poruszać bo taki tłum biegał "w te i na zad"... Każdy z czymś działa... Tyle... No i dach zakończony. Pożegnałem przesympatycznych dekarzy. Zdjęcia marne bo robione o 21.30 - więc sporo rozjaśnione. Drabinka śniegowa - tylko nad wejściem. Ławka kominiarska... nie wiem czy stopnia nie brakuje. Ale do Veluxa blisko - może dadzą kominiarze radę. Dach piękny. Idealna płaszczyzna. Równa, sztywna więźba plus dobra ekipa daje (mamy nadzieję) bezbłędny dach. Pogoda trochę krzyżowała nam wczoraj plany. Prace wystartowały z lekkim przesunięciem niż planowo. Ale Panowie nadrobili... Nie mam zdjęć z finału dnia, ale... - jedna połać prawie skończona, - rynny się pojawiać zaczęły, - druga połać przyjęła resztę dachówek do położenia, - ściany zaciągnięte klejem... Te puste miejsce w szczytach będzie deskowane - śwqierk na ruszcie... Dziś prawdopodobnie dach będzie ukończony. Dziś w miarę się udało... Trochę pokropiło. W nocy będzie większa pompa...

Walka z czasem. Dlaczego? Piękne słońce skończy się jutro wielką ulewą... Od płyty fundamentowej nie mieliśmy jednego deszczowego dnia. Jutro (czwartek) wszystkie serwisy pogodowe prorokują niezłą pompę... A tu tony wełny leżą na ścianach... Siatki raczej nie zdążymy zatopić w kleju... Ale na dachu udało się położyć membranę. Trochę wodę powstrzyma. Zadaszone podcienie pewnie też... Resztę zakleimy najgrubszą folią malarska i tak może przetrzymamy nawałnicę... Zobaczymy. Tooo Byyyłłł dzień! Zaczynało się powolnie i mało spektakularnie a tu nagle HOP! - Pomalowana podbitka (nadbitka) powędrowała na krokwie. Nie wiem czy widać to na zdjęciach, ale biały lazur podbitki pięknie odcina się od orzechowych krokwi. - Chałupa owijana wiatroizolacją. Membrana o wysokiej paro-przepuszczalności. Czyli drewno nadal "oddycha". - Listawa startowa zamontowana. - Klocek po klocku ROCKWOOL trójwarstwowy, elewacyjny, prasowany kołokowany do ściany. 15cm... Współczynnik przenikania ciepła dla ścian wynosi U= 0,19... - Dachówka przyjechała (o 19.00) Korzystamy z pogody. Istotny drobiazg… Kolor drewna. Dziś trochę poświęciliśmy czasu na zabawę w kolory… Kolory drewna. Sytuacja ma się następująco. Na elewacji chcemy trzy kolory - grafitowy (baaardzo ciemny grafit) dach - elewacja – w połowie tynk w połowie świerk skandynawski bielony lazurem, plus taka sama nadbitka (podbitka kładziona od góry krokiew) - okna , końcówki krokwi, drzwi i belki konstrukcyjne orzechowe… O ile dobór orzecha pasującego do okiem okazał się prosty (BONDEX LAZUR – „orzech laskowy”) pasuje idealnie, o tyle z bielą nie jest tak łatwo. Albo za bardzo kryje słoje, albo jest za słaba… Znowu lakierobejce odpadają – wytrzymują 6 do 12 lat, ale potem trzeba szlifować elewację… A to będzie masakra… Tak pa prawdę na polu boju zostały dwie puszki – SIDOLIN – tak naprawdę impregnat – głębokie wnikanie, prawie nie tworzy warstwy zewnętrznej, 6lat działa… - FLUGGER – KOCHAM produkty FLUGGERA… Są świetne… Ale ten ma trochę inną filozofię. Nie do końca umiem rozpoznać, czy to impregnat czy lakierobejca, ale m piękny biały kolor, drewno pięknie się wybarwia z widocznymi słojami. Co ciekawe kolor jest chłodny, z poświatą lekkiego cjanu.
