Ekipa - z napędem nuklearnym. Mocne chłopaki. Nawet do zdjęcia zbiorowego ciężko ich było oderwać. Robota pali im się w rękach. O dwunastej przywitała mnie pierwsza ściana... Czekanie… Płyta sobie stygnie. Dojeżdżam, doglądam, zagaduję… Czas sobie leci… A mnie zżera niecierpliwość. Dzień po Świętach zaczyna się montaż… Niby tuż tuż, a doczekać się nie mogę… Nie mam jeszcze dwóch istotnych pozycji, które lekko utknęły… 1) Woda – poszła na zgłoszenie czekam na uprawomocnienie 2) Gaz… To istna paranoja… Rura na wyciągnięcie ręki. W drodze. A ja czekam ja debil na milion uzgodnień. Projekt wyłączenia ruchu (a tak… ze znakami drogowymi) na wykop długi na kilka metrów… ZUD i inne cudowne instytucje. Jak mi się to uda spiąć do piątku to podepną rurę do końca lipca. MASAKRA…. Ale rekompensuję sobie. Dla zabicia casu lecą projekty wnętrz.. Łazienki, kuchnia salon. Nasza projektantka jest SUPER… rozumiemy się bez słów… więc idzie jak po maśle. No i jest „nie oderwana” od rzeczywistości montażowej i finansowej. Czyli projektuje faaaajne rzeczy, możliwe do realizacji i nie rozwalające budżetu. Poniżej wstępne szkice kuchni…. Teraz nastanie przerwa. Tak wyglądała rano płyta. Okazuje się, że nie muszę jej podlewać!!! Jest przykryta folią i ma się "pocić" pod nią. Co odparuje ma do niej wrócić... Trzy razy się pytałem i trzy razy odpowiedzieli, że płyty mam nie podlewać. I polał się beton. Trzeciego dnia! Rano szybka inspekcja - doszły dodatkowe zbrojenia, bednarki, zbrojenia pod słupy. Czekamy na betoniarkę z pompą... Niestety nie mogłem uwiecznić "gruchy"... Robota goni... Po pracy już mało czarujący widok betonu. Ale ducha cieszy... Tym razem konieczność przejęcia dziecka nie pozwoliła doczekać do zacierania mechanicznego. Więc to co widać, to czysto ręczna robota... Pewnie teraz wygląda to o niebo lepiej. Teraz czekania... Nuda... dwa tygodnie. Co ja będę robił? Może szambo wpuszczę do matki ziemi? Normalnie rozpiera mnie duma. Sobotnia inspekcja działki i... piach na podsypkę się pojawił. No i w końcu zaczynamy. W poniedziałek zaczynamy zabawę z wykopami, wymianą gruntu etc. - wszystko aby w plus minus tydzień mieć płytę fundamentową LEGALETT typu SLAB.... Na początek przywożą 200 ton podsypki... Podobno dziś zaczną mi to wyładowywać na działkę :) Teraz wpisy się zagęszczą. :) :) :)

Wiem, że się zaniedbałem… Nie pisałem. Ale te ostatni okres milczenia to koszmarna bieganina z załatwianiem dodatkowych papierków… A to umowa w Enerdze do odstania, a to w gazowni problemy, a to dodatkowe wnioski, dodatkowe projekty przyłączy, brakujące mapki i wypisy… I tak na przysłowiowych pierdołach trochę czasu mi zeszło… To na szczęście poza głównym pozwoleniem, które na dniach powinienem odebrać!!!.... Wtedy „tylko” bank i ruszamy… (miejmy nadzieję) Wydarzyły się dwie wiekopomne wydarzenia… 1) Huraganowe wiatry w lutym trochę przetrzebiły drzewostan na granicy działki… Szkoda. Piękne świerki poszłyyyyyy… No i staram się załatwić ich usunięcie z działki… A to wcale nie jest takie łatwe jak by się mogło zdawać… Oczwiście nie można samemu bo kary zrujnowałyby budżet… 2) Namierzyliśmy świetną, miłą i na dodatek ładną architekt wnętrz :) :) :) Bardzo kreatywna, sensowna i dobrze osadzona w realiach dziewczyna z ekipami wykonawczymi! Jeżeli będzie tak dobrze, jak się zapowiada, to będziemy mieli odjechane wnętrza przy całkiem rozsądnym budżecie… Plany już w toku. 11 kwietnia mają się zacząć wykopy pod płytę… Zobaczymy.
