    Jak już wrzucamy projekty elewacji, to dołączymy jeszcze koncepcje kuchni (wybraliśmy wersję A, w której szafki na zabudowanej ścianie są ciut wysunięte w stosunku do drewnianej ramy i wyglądają jakby wisiały w powietrzu) i łazienek (dolna będzie ciemna, a górna jasna).
     
     
    Kuchnia: szafki będą białe w połysku, nie jesteśmy jeszcze pewni co do koloru drewna.

    Przez monikaszymon,

    kilka tygodni dostaliśmy projekt elewacji, z 6 koncepcji tak naprawdę chyba żadna nas nie powaliła. Myśleliśmy o drewnie (choć na tej bryle budynku trudno będzie wyczarować coś "nowoczesnego"), bieli i szarościach, ale musimy jeszcze pomyśleć, żeby nie "zepsuć" elewacji.

    Dawno nas nie było na fm, ale mamy tylko standardową wymówkę- brak czasu. Na budowie dzieje się niewiele,dopiero w najbliższych dniach i tygodniach powinno coś ruszyć.

    Przez monikaszymon,

    Na budowie praca wre Uporządkowaliśmy troszkę obejście, a dokładniej z jednej góry stempli i drewna zrobiliśmy kilka górek Mamy tez wszystkie ściany na piętrze, brakujące okno w sypialni, rolety no i oczywiście daszek nad wejściem- prezentuje się całkiem, całkiem. Zdjęcia wrzucimy wkrótce.

    Mamy okna!!! Oczywiście nie obyło się bez zbędnych emocji, ale to już inna historia. Całą budowę pod górkę Na szczęście okna zamontowane, w przyszłym tygodniu będą rolety. Niestety jedno okno przyjechało w kolorze „orzech”, więc też będzie za tydzień.

    Przez monikaszymon,

    Czekamy na kolejne wizualizacje wnętrz. Projektantki tydzień po „wstępnej” rozmowie przedstawiły nam 3 główne koncepcje i 6 dodatkowych! Byliśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem profesjonalizmu. W poniedziałek maja być pierwsze wizualizacje, więc już czekamy niecierpliwie Dla porównania na projekt łazienek czekamy już ponad 2 miesiące i po którymś telefonie do projektantki otrzymaliśmy „wstępną wizję dolnej łazienki”… koszmar! Oto kilka przykładowych koncepcji- póki co nie zdradzimy co wybraliśmy, poczekamy na wizualizacje

    Doczekaliśmy się dachówki, ale jak zwykle nie obyło się bez emocji i pomyłek… i to bynajmniej nie naszych. Tydzień temu dotarła dachówka, miała być czarna, ale nie była! Była grafitowa a do tego kolor nie był jednolity (co według folderu jest zamierzonym efektem), tak więc zaczęło się szukanie błędu. Okazało się, ze zamiast zamówionego „ czarnego brylantu” przyjechał „czarny kryształ”. Błąd popełnił handlowiec już na etapie ofert, niestety (albo i stety) już nie pracuje w tej firmie :/ No więc kogo tu obwinić za błąd? Wszystko byłoby ok, gdyby nie fakt, iż ta firma nie chciała przyjąć dachówki z powrotem… W ramach rekompensaty zafundują na jedno okno dachowe (ha, ha, ha). No to poprosiliśmy o wskazanie nam budowy, na dachu której zobaczymy ów „kristallschwarz” i o dziwo znalazła się w pobliżu (poprzednio jechaliśmy 40 km, żeby zobaczyć „czarny brylant” )- 3km od naszej budowy buduje się restauracja z „naszą” dachówką. Pojechaliśmy, zobaczyliśmy i …. uspokoiliśmy się. Jest całkiem ok, wygląda jak grafit a efekt „mienienia” się (co ja nazywam „jasnymi ciapkami”) widać tylko pod światło (czyli w naszym przypadku w większości od ogrodu). No więc nie jest źle, może być- przeszła przez cenzurę Teraz „dachowcy” powolutku działają i już wkrótce zobaczymy nasz „kristallschwarz” na dachu
     
    P.S. A kiedyś marzył nam się grafit na dachu Morał: tak miało być
